Our wireless remote control is for use only with adjustable bed base models sold by Stratiform (Sydney, Austin and Vienna models). Our remote controls are not for use with other brands of adjustable bed bases as models and programming vary. While a remote control comes with your adjustable bed base, some customers wish to have two or need to replace a lost controller. Stratiform offers a stand-alone wireless remote control for these purposes. Pairing is easy and our ergonomic design makes comfort simple. If you order a remote control from us, we will contact you to determine which model of bed base you have so we send the appropriate controller. Please have available either the order number from Amazon or our website so we can look up which bed model you have, or a photo of the label on the side panel of your bed that shows the serial number and model number.
